I would totally have been that girl that ditched her friends when she got serious with a new guy. Lucky me, when Chris and I got serious, I was brand new to LA and I had no friends! We spent all of our time together. So now, it's kind of hard to spend time away from him. Hard, but excellently fun with my new group of friends. We just get each other and it makes me so happy to be surrounding myself with such a lovely group of women!

Ali picked a new restaurant I'd never been to before. In Agoura. I'd never been there either! It wasn't as far as I thought it was going to be. I actually enjoy driving in my car. I don't really get to drive much. My commute is 5 minutes, and Chris usually drives when we're together. I hate driving with him in the car because he nitpicks on me and does the slamming on his nonexistent brake and the grabbing of the "oh shit" handle. I remember that there's nothing like flying down the freeway with the windows down and the music blaring. I've rediscovered the Counting Crows and I'd forgotten how much I love them. Anyways...

Heading all the way out to Agoura did confuse my GPS. I ended up at a Hampton Inn and thought Ali was crazy for making me drive all the way out there for a freakin' Hampton Inn. But, I was in the wrong place (sigh of relief).

MOZ Buddha Bar
was EXCELLENT! The food was yummy and the company was perfection. How is it that we can discuss everything with each other? The shallow stuff and the deep stuff. I feel so incredibly blessed to be surrounded by these women. Smart, funny, beautiful and driven. Lucky me!

I can completely relate, seeing as I met the boy six months after moving here. His friends are my friends too, but there are times I wish I had my own crew too. But, you can definitely feel the friend love in the pics that you share. Glad to know there are good people out here.

I am so that girl! I have always ditched the friends to be with my boyfriend. Now I realize that it is so important to have your girlfriends.
